DESCRIPTION:Join us as we light up the Avoyelles Parish Courthouse Square.  There will be vendors selling Christmas gifts and decor\, hot chocolate served by the Marksville Chamber of Commerce\, beautiful Christmas carols sang by local schools and choirs\, and don't forget Old Saint Nick will visit the children and ride in on one of our beautiful fire trucks.  Christmas will be in the air\, and we might even get a little snow!!!  The Lighting of the Courthouse Square is a free family event and all are welcome to attend.\n\n\n\nIf you are interested in being a vendor at this event\, or giving away goodies\, please contact Melissa Goudeau at (443) 336-4046 or email her at msgoudeau22@gmail.com.
