The extravaganza will be held on November 20\, 2021 at the Paragon Casino Resort. The show will take place in the Mari Center. Set up will be held on Friday from 5PM 9PM Friday evening and will resume again at 6AM on Saturday morning. All booths must be completely set up no later than 8:30AM on Saturday morning. Extravaganza doors open to the public at 9:00AM sharp. \n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration is now open to all vendors. Please visit our website at www.MarksvilleChamber.org to register. The fee's are as follows.\n\n10X10 Booth: $125\n\nAdditional Booth: $100\n\nChamber Members: $62.50 per booth\n\nBooth Sharing Fee: $50\n\nElectricity is very limited and will be given to the first 20 vendors that register. $35 fee\n\nTables are limited as well: $25.00 each\n\n\n\n\n\nVendors must bring everything needed for your set up. That includes\, but is not limited to tables\, chairs\, tents\, etc. All registrations are due by November 12\, 2021. Any registrations received after this date will be subject to a $25 late fee. Registrations will be accepted online\, credit card by phone\, or with a check made payable to Marksville Chamber of Commerce\, PO Box 767\, Marksville\, LA 71351. If registering online and/or paying with a credit or debit card\, a non-refundable 5% processing fee will be added to booth spaces. In the event that the extravaganza must be cancelled because of COVID restrictions\, refunds will be issued for booth spaces only. \n\nThere will be routine security in the area overnight on Friday\, so you are free to leave any merchandise you wish in the Mari Center. IF you are a past vendor and would like to request your same booth space as years past\, please let me know when you register. You can add booth number or just make a note in the comment section so I will know. As you check in\, whether that be Friday evening or the morning of the event\, you will be directed to your booth space. If registering online\, please place what items you are selling in the comments section of the registration form. This year we will not limit vendors selling duplicate items. We do understand that some companies only allow for one product to be sold per event\, so we will honor those on a first come\, first serve basis\, but any other items that are being sold will not be limited. We will do our best to space out duplicate items. Last year we hosted over 105 vendors\, and space is limited\, so please register at your earliest convenience to secure your space. You will be given two wrist bands per registrant to work your booth space or spaces. Please note that anyone else helping you will be required to pay an entry fee of $5.00 to enter the extravaganza. Once you register\, you will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to give us accurate email and phone numbers so we are able to send you important information regarding the event. \n\n\n\nThe Paragon Casino has reserved a block of rooms for vendors who are staying overnight from out of town. The block of rooms will be released on October 29\, 2021. When reserving your room please refer to Marksville Chamber Christmas Extravaganza CHMN19G. Standard Guest Rooms will be $90.00 and Deluxe Atrium Guest Rooms will be $139.00 per night. A $30 charge will be added for a third person sharing a double room. Children 17 and under may share the same room with parents at no additional charge. Please note that these rates are subject to local taxes\, currently 13%.
