Event Description:
Join us for the longest running parade in Louisiana.  The 4th of July Parade will kick off the 13th Annual Avoyelles Arts and Music Festival with floats, marching bands, festival queens, and plenty of patriotic participants ready to celebrate this years 4th of July.  
If you are interested in participating, please register today.
IF REGISTERING ONLINE, PLEASE PUT DESCRIPTION OF PARTICIPATION IN COMMENTS SECTION OF REGISTRATION.
Example: Float, Vehicle, Band/Marching Group, Bicycle/Wagon, Dance/Cheer, ATV

If you are dancing or Marching, please keep up with the flow of the parade as we are only allowed to shut the highway down for an alotted time. If you aren't able to do so, please ride on a float.

Location:
Line up will begin at 8:30AM at the Taco Bell parking lot. The parade will proceed down Highway 1 and turn onto Slim Lemoine Rd. If you are staying at the festival you may park in the gravel parking lot if you are going back to taco bell parking lot you need to continue driving and turn left down Pierite St and follow out that way.
